What 64fifty helps you see.

The questions every owner asks — and few can answer with confidence.

  1. 01Where is our revenue actually coming from?
  2. 02Which channels produce customers, not just leads?
  3. 03Where are opportunities falling through?
  4. 04What's real pipeline versus stale pipeline?
  5. 05What are our customers actually worth?
  6. 06Where should we invest more?
  7. 07What needs our attention now?

Built in the Real World

Built inside an operating business before it was sold to one.

The 64fifty system was first developed and run inside Junk Rangers, a working service business.

01 — Marketing Spend

Put the next dollar where it's actually working.

Connected acquisition spend to completed revenue so channel decisions could be made on customers and revenue — not clicks and leads.

02 — Pipeline

Stop treating dead opportunities like future revenue.

Found that 85.6% of unresolved pipeline value was more than 30 days old, separating active opportunities from stale pipeline.

03 — Revenue

Make decisions from the right number.

Separated job revenue from customer payments, gratuities, and receivables so operating metrics aren't distorted by cash movement.

04 — Attribution

Know why customers actually showed up.

Connected acquisition evidence to revenue so vague source categories don't hide the marketing or organic activity that actually created the customer.

How It Works

Three stages. One direction.

01

Audit

Understand the revenue engine.

02

Build

Fix the connections, tracking, metrics, and visibility that matter.

03

Manage

Use the system to make better revenue decisions over time.

Our Approach

People.
Systems.
Momentum.

Operations

How the business actually runs.

Data

What the systems record.

Decisions

What the owner does next.

64fifty sits between all three. Not another dashboard, not a marketing agency, not another software product.

Why 64fifty

Built from the operator's side.

I'm Spencer, founder of 64fifty. I spent years in B2B software, where nearly every part of the revenue engine was measured — with systems, processes, and entire teams dedicated to understanding it.

Then I built a local service business. We had data everywhere: ads, website traffic, leads, quotes, customers, payments, expenses, and jobs.

The problem wasn't access to information. It was turning those disconnected pieces into something actionable.

Every solution I found was another piece of software — another dashboard to configure, maintain, and interpret. The information was more organized, but the work hadn't disappeared. It had just moved.

Spending hours parsing revenue data isn't the highest use of an owner's time. Ignoring it isn't an option either.

That gap is why I built 64fifty.
